Item #: SCP-80082 Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-80082 is to be contained within a standard humanoid containment cell at Site-██. The containment cell is to be equipped with basic amenities and monitored by security personnel 24/7. Interaction with SCP-80082 is permitted only for research purposes and requires prior approval from the Site Director.

Description: SCP-80082 is a humanoid entity, self-identified as "MrMouton." Standing at approximately 1.75 meters in height and weighing 68 kilograms, SCP-80082 appears to be an ordinary middle-aged man. Despite exhibiting no anomalous physical features, SCP-80082 possesses a unique ability that grants it influence over probability manipulation.

SCP-80082's primary anomalous trait manifests in its capacity to "bend" probabilities against its own favor. This effect appears to be subconscious, as SCP-80082 demonstrates limited control over when and how it is activated. The probability manipulation can result in improbable events favoring SCP-80082, even when the odds would be astronomically low for an ordinary individual. Such events include:

  1. Always throwing in the botlane.
  2. 77/2 Incident

Interviews with SCP-80082 reveal that it has been aware of its ability since childhood. SCP-80082 claims that it discovered its power when it miraculously got hit by a car in the middle of the sea. Throughout its life, SCP-80082 has accumulated significant debt through gambling and various ventures that rely on luck and chance.

Experiment Log - Probability Manipulation Test (77/2 Incident)[1]

Date: ██/██/20██ Researcher: Dr. ████

Procedure: SCP-80082 was presented with a standard one-hundred-sided die and instructed NOT to roll a 77.

Results: SCP-80082 achieved the undesired outcome in a single row, consistently landing on "77" with ease.

Procedure: SCP-80082 was presented then with a standard five-sided die and instructed NOT to roll a 2.

Results: SCP-80082 landed "2" in a single try. Resulting in an outcome with a probability of 0.2%.

Analysis: SCP-80082's probability manipulation appears to extend to random events involving physical objects, as demonstrated by its ability to control the die rolls.
