Soy-ups are a popular form of exercise in offline chat. First created by @zooooom and popularized by pigatron, soy-ups exercise not just the upper body, but also the mind.
How Do I Do A Soy-Up?
- log into offline chat
- type "< SOY >"
- type "\ SOY /"
- with the chatbox selected, press the up arrow on your keyboard twice and hit enter
- Repeat step 4 until sufficiently fatigued
Advice
- It is helpful to record how many repetitions you have done. To do this, just type the number of times you have completed the cycle every time you reach step 3.
- Be careful about when you do your soy-ups. Avoid doing them when either Destiny or RTBA are in chat, and never do them while the stream is live. Otherwise, you may risk a ban for 'spamming'.
