What Are Soy-Ups?

Soy-ups are a popular form of exercise in offline chat. First created by @zooooom and popularized by pigatron, soy-ups exercise not just the upper body, but also the mind.

How Do I Do A Soy-Up?

To do a soy-up you must follow these simples steps:

  1. log into offline chat
  2. type "< SOY >"
  3. type "\ SOY /"
  4. with the chatbox selected, press the up arrow on your keyboard twice and hit enter
  5. Repeat step 4 until sufficiently fatigued
