= What Are Soy-Ups? =

Soy-ups are a popular form of exercise in offline chat. First created by @zooooom and popularized by pigatron, soy-ups exercise not just the upper body, but also the mind.

= How Do I Do A Soy-Up? =

To do a soy-up you must follow these simples steps:

#log into offline chat
#type "< SOY >"
#type "\ SOY /"
#with the chatbox selected, press the up arrow on your keyboard twice and hit enter
#Repeat step 4 until sufficiently fatigued

= Advice =

*It is helpful to record how many repetitions you have done. To do this, just type the number of times you have completed the cycle every time you reach step 3.
*Be careful about when you do your soy-ups. Avoid doing them when either Destiny or RTBA are in chat, and never do them while the stream is live. Otherwise, you may risk a ban for 'spamming'.
